South Norfolk/ Broadland District Council can investigate a wide range of anti-social behaviour that affects the use and enjoyment of your home, garden and your local area. For any issues that they are not able to investigate, they can provide advice, guidance and information on who to contact for assistance. For any road, pavement and cycleway problems including potholes, drainage, flooding, hedges and trees you will need to contact Norfolk Highway Department https://www.norfolk.gov.uk/roads-and-transport/roads/report-a-problem

In South Norfolk all litter and dog bins are installed by and are the responsibility of the parish council however South Norfolk empty these bins. If your enquiry is regarding additional bins for your area or the frequency they are collected, please contact the parish clerk, email: haddiscoepc@gmail.com

South Norfolk Council are responsible for dead animals on the edge of the highway will be cleared within five working days where we are able and it is safe to do. Litter picking and street sweeping is also carried out regularly.
